We are excited to share the outcomes of the Dagstuhl Seminar on Responsible Robotics that took place in September 2023, with the participation of Séverin Lemaignan.

During this one-week academic retreat, more than 30 scholars from all over the world worked together to sketch a possible roadmap to ensure robots and robotics applications are developed following responsible principles: as robots increasingly integrate into human life, ensuring they co-evolve with society while promoting human agency and values is paramount. Our new Roadmap for Responsible Robotics outlines the key principles, responsibilities, and gaps identified by an interdisciplinary group of researchers.
